90 Day Program
The 90 Day Program is designed to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
This program includes an in-depth analysis of the current health, environment and diet; recommendations based on your goals and an implementation plan. If you have a specific brand you’d like to stay with, are boarding your horse out or any other considerations that need to be met – we can design a plan that works for you.

I will check in with you by email every week for the first month to guide you through the transition, tweak and troubleshoot if necessary. Thereafter we’ll touch base every other week for the next 60 days to gauge progress and ensure continued success.
